• Environmental and/or occupational health and safety management systems (e.g. understanding, implementation, internal audiitor, lead auditor, etc)
• Management soft skills (e.g. communication, strategic planning, motivating, etc. )
• People skills (e.g. customer service, managing change, problem solving/decision making, etc.) 

Writing

Are you too busy to write those key documents?  Perhaps we can assist?  Our team has experience in writing the following:

Facilitation

Facilitation is helping a group of people to achieve results. Our team is the "Keeper of the Process" and your team is the "Keeper of the Results".  We use the three steps  of using techniques to lead your team through a process while managing the logistics.  Your team will provide the expertise in the content.  Whether the requirement is to analyze issues and/or problems, resolve conflict through mediation, make decisions, plan future actions, or stimulate the creative process, the SHEQ team would be pleased to assist.
